During his eight-year tenure, Brown managed the Lakers to three NCBL championships (1994, 1996, 1997), three runner-up finishes and two third-place finishes in the NCBL playoffs. That means that Brown's Lakers never once missed the NCBL playoffs.

1996 NCBL Championship Series: Ithaca d. Little Falls

Brown guided the Red Dragons to back-to-back World Series appearances in his first two seasons at the helm (2000, 2001). His 2005 Red Dragons advanced to the Division III national championship game against Wisconsin-Whitewater.

The former Lakers skipper was an assistant coach at Cortland from 1993 through 1999. He worked under current LeMoyne head coach Steve Owens (Utica-Rome '86). The Red Dragons made seven straight trips to the NCAA Division III tournament and four World Series appearances. Prior to Cortland, Brown worked at Miami (Ohio) for one season as a graduate assistant.
